Frank's up to his shenanigens again, this time copying in a test. He doesn't do it very successfully though. Another one of my favourite punchlines, and another one that looks set to become semi-recurring (BC11 has some references to it). By now all the characters have been introduced, so nothing groundbreaking's going on, but I still think it's one of my best.

(1) SARGE: Okay, men, these are the results of your "Combat Theory" test...
(2) SARGE: Howard 7%... Timothy 5%...
(3) SARGE: ... George 2%...
(4) SARGE: ... Frank 0%.
(5) SARGE: Frank, I know you copied off George.
(6) SARGE (Moving towards door): You had exactly the same answers for 98% of the paper.
HOWARD: Hey, Corporal! What d'you suppose this thing does?
(7) SARGE: (Reaches door, turns back momentarily) I have just one question...
(8) SARGE: Why didn't you copy the 2% he got right?
FRANK: You mean he got them right?
